Blue Palo Verde, or Parkinsonia florida, is a tree native to the Sonoran desert that can grow up to 35 ft tall and 25 ft wide  and is found along washes, plains, and in canyons from 0-4,000 ft elevation. Named for its green bark, this tree becomes covered in a blanket of yellow flowers that symbolizes spring throughout the Tucson basin when it blooms March-April. Plant in full sun with low to medium irrigation and well-draining soil. No shipping.
